Meadow Springs Renewable Energy is a proposed 150-megawatt solar and 600-megawatt-hour battery energy storage project in White County. Vesper Energy is developing the project and is responsible for it through construction, operations, and eventually decommissioning, when all equipment is removed. We engage directly with residents, landowners, local officials, emergency services, and local agencies to understand community priorities and maintain open communication. Our goal is to be a responsible, reliable partner that White County can count on through the development, construction, and life of the project.

About Meadow Springs Renewable Energy

Meadow Springs Renewable Energy is a proposed 150-megawatt solar and 600-megawatt-hour battery energy storage project developed by Vesper Energy. The project will consist of solar panels and battery storage installed in White County. Operation is anticipated to begin in July 2029.

Meadow Springs is expected to operate for 20+ years. During that time, the project will create good-paying construction jobs, support full-time skilled operations and positions, provide long-term income for participating landowners, and generate revenue for White County schools.
